Welcome! The Arc of Buffalo County is a private non-profit organization which provides services and advocacy to people with developmental disabilities and their families. We provide information, support and networking to people with disabilities and their families through a quarterly newsletter, one-on-one contacts, group presentations and a variety of programs including:
- People First of Kearney
- Support for an Ecumenical Sunday School Class
- Free Respite at the Kidzone every 1st Thursday, 6-8pm
- Key partner with Kearney Inclusive Recreation Project
KIRP - Recreation for people with disabilities of all ages - Arc at the Y on Fridays from 6:30-8pm
- Buddy Bowling
- Teens and Youth in Action
- Individualized recreation and Respite for all ages
- Dances, picnics, and outings
