WiderDale on Creating Choice

WiderDale, when I get an impulse, how do I tell if it's an expression of my essence, or a reaction to a perceived need?

~And what be the difference? As all is essence than which is not an expression of such? It is not in the choice of expression that you question. It is in the applying of judgments that you become confused. You begin asking yourself, "Which is the right choice? Which is the most efficient? Which shall be more readily accepted by another?" Many, many areas of questioning and you circle around, avoiding encounter with your duplicity and instead try on the shoes of each expression of it trying to find the "right" fit.

~As you feel the draw to express any expression, so it is that you may follow that draw, NOT attaching the expectation and therefore judgments, and you shall be accomplishing much more easily. It is in the second guessing, the attempting to create it right, or more aptly , trying to avoid creating it wrong, that you DO indeed create according to your expectations and therefore it does feel wrong. It is not wrong, but in line with you expectations, so you create it feeling so.

~In these moments when you begin to experience the doubting that any of your expressions will be inadequate in any manner, stop. Pause and notice that you are now at the doorway to your own duplicity and need not go in and try to make the shoe fit. It will not. None of them will as they are all expressions of the same belief and by that very nature all are the same design and the design of duplicity does not fit.

~After you have paused, simply move back into that which you were first desiring to express or experience and note that it is merely a choice. Now. A choice now - no repercussions attached to it. The idea of repercussions is simply a continuation of your movement into duplicity. What would you like to express or experience now? Not what would you like to experience now that will create such and such in some future. There is no future. It is all-ways now.

~As you recognize your creation of repercussions in a future, so you may again pause and notice that this also is a movement into duplicity. Again, you notice that it is simply a choice. Again. Choose. Choose. Choose. That is what you are creating in every moment, a choice. You are creating a choice and the choice becomes the next moment of creating a choice.
