This is the needle tatted bookmark I made for my son's 11th birthday.
He wanted it made using San Fransico 49er's colors. ("49ers" are an NFC football team.)
For this I used two strands of DMC embroidery floss in black and 666 red also gold seed beads. I used the Cross Bookmark pattern on top of page 26 of Christmas Angels and Other Tatting Patterns by Monica hahn.
