 “Kids Just Wanna Have Fun!”

Our new KIDSFIT provides structured, organized fitness that is fun and safe! With 6 resistance machines designed and sized just for kids, along with cardio circuits, they’ll enjoy it without realizing they’re exercising!

With 2, 1 hour classes per week, this program improves fitness, promotes motor skill development, cardio endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance.  With a room dedicated just for this program, KIDSFIT is offered in conjunction with our group fitness classes.  For less than $5 per class, you and your child can get healthy together, working out at the same time!

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm and 5:30pm

$35/month (members)  $40/month (non-members) $5 off for additional children

SilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health.

SilverSneakers group exercise classes are appropriate for older adults who are fit and   active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, unfamiliar with exercise, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic   tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated         and/or standing support.

If your insurance provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield or Humana, you may qualify for a free membership to our facility.  Visit www.silversneakers.com, check with your health plan, or     bring a copy of your insurance card to our front desk to find out!  The classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am in the Downstairs Group Fitness Room.
