  fall on roadways or cause power disruptions.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or gusts above 46 mph
are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially
for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Tarps...garbage cans...Holiday
decorations and other light weight objects may blow away. It is
