Florence (Fulton) Wolfe drives a tulip seat runabout with her daughter-in-law, Carol Baum, and her granddaughter, Victoria, past the Fulton Fraser Cemetery on A.P. Fulton Road in Bethel, Sullivan County, New York, 41deg. 43' 41"North, 74 deg. 45' 50" West. This cemetery is located by the Fulton Settlement that was established in 1804. It is also the location of James Fulton's tombstone.
