Pistachio Spread
1/2 block tofu
1/2 cup pistachios (unsalted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Put all the ingredients through
a blender and use the creamy spread
for sandwiches or to top pita salads,
tortilla rolls, as a substitute for
sour cream on baked potatoes, or
just as a spread on toast.
