Peddler's Market and Junque Sale ...

The Peddler's Market will take place on the grounds of the Morgan-Manning House on Saturday, September 6, 2008 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. This sale, which has been a successful event for almost thirty years, is our main annual fund-raising event for the support of this wonderful property. About 40 vendors were on hand last year with wares that include hand painted items, antiques & collectibles, flowers, hosta plants, wool, produce, vintage clothes, textiles, China, Asian robes, fudge, jade trees, garlic, serving trays, jewelry, Victorian chalk figures, old furniture, beanie babies, dishes, glassware, small framed prints, and many more items.

As always, the Society will offer refreshments on the grounds, including grilled hots and hamburgers, sweets, and soft drinks. There is no admission charge for this event.
