In keeping with the Society's educational mission, all Brockport Central School District fourth grade classes tour the House each year. This affords these students a unique first hand opportunity to experience the Victorian way of life. To arrange for tours or other guided visits, please call the WMHS office at (585) 637-3645. Each Spring and Fall, an Antiques Class is conducted at the Morgan-Manning House by Price Prazar, certified antiques appraiser. The next class begins in September, 2008 and runs for six weeks, meeting on Thursdays at the Seymour Library. Topics include potpourri, ephemera, berr items, serving pieces, beverage glasses and furniture (bring pictures). For more information or to reserve a space, please call Janet Rabjohn at (585) 637-3645 An updated list of lectures and seminars can be viewed here. These programs are all presented at the Morgan-Manning House. |
