My father's family originated in Frisco City, Alabama. They later moved to St. Augustine, FL. I understand that some of my relatives still live in Frisco City and Monroeville. My father died when I was eight and I have lost touch with his family. I am looking for family and friends of the family willing to email history and ancedotes about the Baas family. Any help would be appreciated

My Monroeville is the Monroeville of my childhood. The town square, the courthouse, my grandmother's law office, the smell of the old linotype at the Journal, the sand covered "greens" at the old golf course, the Mobile bus coming into town on Alabama Avenue, the wonderful Monroeville of the 1940's. I wish we could bring it back again.

I lived in Mexia almost all my life. I attended Monroe County High. Brent lived there for about 4 years. He graduated from Monroe County High in 1996. We are currently living in Keokuk, IA. We got transferred here almost 2 years ago. I was working at Boss Manufacturing before we moved. He was employed at Alabama Railroad which transferred him to the Keokuk Junction Railway.
