Greg Moldenhaur offers a guided grouse hunt that runs from September 16 until mid-November. The hunt takes place in Price County Wisconsin, the Grouse Capital of the World. Guides are Greg Moldenhaur and Karson Korth, both Wisconsin certified guides.

Private lodging is provided by Greg if your tastes are simple or you may elect to stay in one of the local hotels. There is also a field lunch provided while hunting The rest of the meals are up to the client to choose, either home-cooking or one of several good restaraunts nearby.

You also have the option of bringing your own dogs. If you don't have dogs, Greg and Karson will provide them. They use German wirehairs, Labradors, and Brittanys for flushing and retrieving. These dogs have bagged over 1000 grouse.

1999 was an excellent year and they are looking forward to 2000, the peak of the cycle for grouse.
