Supposed
Action:
Alkaloids
from celandine have a spasmolytic and bacteriostatic effect. The other
herbs stimulate the delicate lining of larynx and trachea, prompt mucous
secretion in the upper respiratory tract, and act as an antitussive agent.
A certain beneficial synergistic effect is thought to take place.
Side Effects:
None known.
Nonetheless,
should a person who took Azarina®
tablets experience any unusual symptoms or allergic reaction, the use of
the supplement should be stopped at once.
